分词用法疑问（, and running...）
He said Google has made improvements since then and was confident it could deliver games in the largest high definition standard, 4K, and running at 60 frames a second.最后and running让人摸不到头脑，running我觉得是deliver的伴随状语，可是为什么要用and连接？难道这是口语化？想到哪写到哪。。

game后接二个定语：介词短语和现在分词running，二项并列当然要用and连接了。二个定语都是限制性定语。之所以用逗号是为了和介词短语区别开。

【翻译】他说，自那以来谷歌已经做出了改进，并相信它能够推出最高清晰度标准的4K游戏，每秒运行60帧。
running at 60 frames a second 应该修饰games，作非限制性定语。是指游戏运行速度，逻辑主语是games，不是Goooooooooooooooooogle。
