A.makes up （意思很多，查词典可知。此处不适合。）
B.is made of (错误，意思是“用 ...... 制造”)
C.is consisted of （错误，因为 consist是不及物动词，无被动语态形式，）
D.is composed of （正确，意思是“由......构成”）
