one of结构作为定语从句先行词时看谁确定关系词

1. He is one of the boys ______ basketball wall.

A. who play B. who plays

答案选 B，我是这样理解的 one of 结构的表语是不定代词 one，而 of 后为后置定语，所以先行词自然要看中心代词 one 而无需去看定语部分。不知道这样理解对不对。

2. This is one of the best films _______ this year.

A. that have been shown B. that has been shown C. which have been shown

答案选 A，说是有最高级修饰所以排除 C，先行词为 films，所以不用单三形式。

这样的话我就不懂了，同样是 one of 结构。of 之后是定语的话应该只看中心代词 one 不是吗？此外最高级在定语部分修饰的是 films 也没有直接修饰 one 啊？所以 C 也不能排除才对吧。

请老师帮我指点一下，这种 one of...结构如何确定定语从句的先行词。谢谢老师！

1. “one of + 复数名词”后的定语从句修饰复数名词。

2. “the one / the only one of + 复数名词”后的定语从句修饰 the one 或 the only one。

He is one of the teachers who know English well. 他是精通英语的教师之一。（从句的谓语用复数形式）

He is the only one of the teachers who knows English well. 他是教师中唯一精通英语的。（从句的谓语用单数形式）
