in me是状语，其后的the importance...名词短语才是宾语。宾语长，状语短，所以宾语后移到状语之后了。

可惜这个句子是个错句。二个错误。

1 growing up作状语，其逻辑主语并不是句子的主语。这种悬垂分词是不可接受的。应为它会让人理解成父母在成长。

2 cultivate 和 importance不搭配。逻辑错误。重要性是不能培养的。
