Oil resources are located in areas with complex geological conditions, so advanced techniques are required.

还有一例：The upstream and downstream sectors have been integrated,so have the domestic and international trades.

这个更明显吧，第一个句子或许可以用so （that）壮语从句解释… 这个句子正常吗？Government administrative functions and enterprises' management have been separated, so has power production from power transmission, and supervisory organizations have also been established.

so表示”也如此“，后接倒装句时，so是个副词。所以so 和前一句用逗号连接属于语法错误。前面的逗号要改为分号，或逗号+and, 或者句号，另起一句。例如：

Tom has left, and so has John. (正确）

Tom has left; so has John. （正确）

Tom has left. So has John. （正确）

Tom has left, so has john. （错误）
