虽然主句中用了时间状语now, 但谓语动词get better results意味着她已经得到不理想的成绩了。假设她考试更小心一些是与过去事实相反的假设。在此基础上的推测她得到的结果会比实际得到的结果好的多（也是与过去事实相反的推测）。所以主句的now属于出题人的错误，或者勉强将now理解为表示then的意思。逻辑决定了主句谓语get的时间是过去，而不是现在或将来。所以本句正确答案为B：could have got (本可能取得更好的成绩）。

我认为，本题正确答案为：B. 其他答案都不正确。

本题不存在错综时间虚拟语气，主、从句的动作均在过去发生。now 不表示“现在得到”，而是过去得到。

虽然主句有now，但get 这个动作已在过去发生。无论是否用虚拟，都不能用 will get, would get, get，更不能用get 的进行体will be getting，would be getting。

假设是陈述语气，主句也要用got 或 has got，不能用 will get，或 get。

显而易见，本句为虚拟语气，那么，答案只能是could have got 或would have got。
