what可以在从句中作表语。

以上第二句为错误。what应改为how, 因为这个句型需要形容词作表语。

I don't know how it feels to teach students.

It feels great to teach students.

或者feels后接介词like.

I don't know what it feels like to teach students.

It feels like a king to teach students.

你的第一句和第三句是正确的。what分别在句中作宾语和表语。
