完成时加特定时间状语的用法

请问以下两句话加上特定时间状语是对的吗？

【第一句】

10 years ago, there has been a lot of pictures on the walls in this room....

【第二句】

This place remains the same as it has been twenty years ago.

这二个句子都是错误的。改正的方法有二。第一，将谓语改为一般过去时。第二，在X years ago前加since。

另外，there has应为there have, 主语为复数。

Since 10 years ago, there have been a lot of pictures on the walls in this room.

10 years ago, there were a lot of pictures on the walls in this room.

This place remains the same as it has been since twenty years ago.

This place remains the same as it was twenty years ago.
