This car is my boss' 还是 boss's.请问以s结尾的单数名词的所有格构成有何

答案一定是：This car is my boss' s.

名词的属格可以作定语，也可以充当一个名词（被其修饰的名词，因与前面的词语car 重复而省略）。

【说明】不是因为该名词以-s 结尾就可以省略 ’之后的s。

此外，我发现，Expert 对待网友的问题，经常不正面回答，不能明确指出正误，或应该怎么样，而是写一个句子完事。就这次解答而言，Expert 写的句子跟网友的句子也不一致，现对比如下：

This car is my boss' s.

This car is the boss' s （把 my 改成了 the，而且缺少句号。）

还有一个问题：Expert 举的例句，全都是作定语的，跟网友的问题几乎无关。希望认真审题，认真对待网友的每一个问题，不能这么潦草。

He really blundered when he insulted the boss's wife.

He tried to insinuate himself into the boss's favor.
