连词as well as 作"和"的意思时为什么不能加句子呢

下面四个句子哪个错了？为什么？它和其他句子有什么结构上的差异？

1. She negotiates the licences as well as ordering the equipment.

2. She negotiates the licences as well as she orders the equipment.

3. I can see the road every bit as well as you can.

4. I can see the road every bit as well as you can see it.

as well as 是并列连词，连接两个并列的成分（必须是并列），原则上，应省略前文重复的成分。

1. She negotiates the licences as well as ordering the equipment. （误）

改为：She negotiates the licences as well as orders the equipment.

2. She negotiates the licences as well as she orders the equipment. （啰嗦，同上句去掉she。）

3. I can see the road every bit as well as you can. （正）

4. I can see the road every bit as well as you can see it. （正。略嫌啰嗦，该为上句）

as well as 当做并列连词使用，相当于and用法连接并列相同成分

He is a teacher as well as a bussman

She negotiates the licences as well as orders the equipment.
