语法并没有规定或限制并列最多可以有几个。理论上可以并列无限多。你只要知道二项并列用并列连词，三项或以上并列，最后二项之间用and, 前面的并列项用逗号代替并列连词，构成 A and B 或者 A， B，... and N。

本句中 and then entered为限定动词作谓语，可知stand 应该是谓语形式，为三个谓语动词并列。再由形容词open作介词with的宾补，构成with复合结构，可知答案只能选C。
