表语前置中的系动词只能是be吗？

Very important in the peasants' life is the TV weather report.

如果系动词是look, seem，appear, become等是否可以表语前置？比如下面的句子是否正确：

Beautiful looks/seems the girl in red.

表语前置导致的倒装属于完全倒装句，即主语后移到谓语动词之后的句末位置。英语句子有尾重的原则，即复杂的结构置于句末。同时句末也是信息中心的位置。一个句子采用完全倒装句结构，主要是为了突出主语，其次是因为主语比较长，结构复杂。

当系表结构的系词不是be, 而是其它系词时，语义的重心就在这个系词上，即系词表示似乎、好像、看上去、听上去、尝起来、摸上去等。此时就不会是突出主语，而是给整个系表结构增加一层意思。使用这种系词就没有道理将表语前置，主语后移至信息中心位置的理由。所以，look, seem, appear等系词构成的系表结构是不会采用倒装结构的。

(1)形容词作表语倒装

Very important in the peasants' life is the TV weather report.

正常语序为：The TV weather report is very important in the peasants' life.

参考译文：电视天气预报对农民生活非常重要。

Bright, very bright were the stars over the wild, dark hills.
Present at the meeting were Professor Smith, Sir Hugh and many other celebrities.

Especially popular are the musical and theatrical groups.

(2)介词短语作表语倒装
On the either side of the road were rows of fruit trees.
Near the southern end of the village was a large peach orchard.

(3)分词作表语倒装

Visiting the Great Wall were 200 American college students.

Seated on the ground are asgroupsof young men playing horsehead fiddle.
Scattered like stars in the deep mountains are numerous reservoirs and ponds.

Helping them raise their artistic level are various professorial organizations.
