书上说，当一个名词受到 the first, the last 修饰时，后面要接不定式作定语。如：
He is always the first to come to the office and the last to leave.
但如果一个名词受到 the second, the third, the fourth…the next 等修饰呢？是不是也要后接不定式，因为 the second, the third, the fourth…the next 与 the first, the last 是“同类性质”的，对不对？
