the next time, the next time that, the next time when 都可以用作连词引导时间状语从句吧？但 the next time 的例句是可以查到很多的，the next time that 的例句偶尔也可查到，怎么没有查到 the next time when 的例句呢？

I shall call on him (the) next time I go to town 等表达方式里的 the 可有可无，通常是有的（time 后面省去 that 或 when）。

(the) next time 后接的从句其实是省略了关系副词 that 引导的定语从句。实际语言中省略 that 比不省略或用关系副词 when 更常见。意义是相同的。
