是的。形容词短语作定语，是很常见的语言现象。又如：

I bought a dictionary useful for my studies. 我买了一本对我学习很有用的词典。

Thhis is a bag full of money. 这是一个装满了钱的袋子。

I can't find a job suitable for me.我找不到适合我的工作。

He raised a question too difficult to answer. 他提出了一个太难回答的问题。

两个意义相近或相反的形容词中间用and,or或but连接作定语时，常要后置。
