A．

1. 破折号后面没有谓语(is), 破折号是否等同于逗号，这样后半部分就是一个独立主格成份，所以没有谓语is？

2. 破折号相当于and，由于承前省略，所以省却谓语is？

我认为1对。请教老师哪个正确？

B.Unbearable 前面多了逗号是为了强调Unbearable ?

1.破折号表递进关系看作especially或者furthermore会比较好理解

I see a lady and her ringing laughter is intolerable ，especially / furthermore， the noise of conversation in the hotel, unbearable.

所谓谓语在一个完整的句子里是必须要有的这里的破折号后面只是整个句子的一个成分不是单独的一个句子所以不需要什么谓语is 如果非要划成分可以理解成同位语

2.unbearable这里应该是作后置定语修饰前面的the noise of conversation in the hotel 句子可以改写为……the noise of conversation in the hotel，（which is）unbearable。

非限制性定语从句，括号内的可以省略。
