这句中as是连词（如同的意思）还是关系代词？如果是关系代词，那么就这句来看，和用that有什么区别？

as 是从属连词，as we see it, 是“方式状语从句”，修饰show，说明“展示的方式”。因此，排除定语从句以及as 是关系代词的可能性。

艺术家的作用，就是客观反映世界（as we see it，“按照我们所看见的样子”来展示它），而不是改变世界，让其变得更好。
