关于the one作先行词的定语从句

We look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.

请问各位老师，the one 指代前面的door，那么这个句子中的 which 是否应该改为 that 呢？还是两个都能用？

由于这里的 the one 指物，所以其后的定语从句用 which / that 均可以。如:

(1) I liked all the paintings, but the one that really caught my eye was a Matisse. 所有的画我都喜欢，但是马蒂斯的画最引我注目。

(2) It would do her no harm to try them until we found the one which suited her best. 她不妨把这些都试试，直到我们找到最适合她的为止。
