没什么大的区别，只不过第一句带有时间状语从句when I died。其实，这里的what是形容词用法，大致等同于限定词the。What money I have“我所有的钱”，相当于All the money that I have.费致德《现代英语惯用法词典》有如下解释：

b.这个意思的what也可以用作形容词，用在名词前（all...that, any...that, as much...as）。例：

He deposists what money (=all the money that) he saves in a bank.

I will answer what call (=any call that) the Party may issue to me.

I will give them what help (=as much help as) I can.

c.这个意思的what还可以和few, little连用（有时省去few,little）修饰名词，表示“全部的......尽管不多”的意思。如：

I will lend you what (few) books (=all the few books that) I can spare.我愿意借给你所有我用不着虽然为数不多的书。

I contributed what (little) money (=all the little money that) I had towards the fund.我把我所有的小款子捐给了基金。
