在考研英语的真题中，有某一题的D选项如下：

我的问题是：the arrogance common怎么翻译成"常见傲慢"？

arrogance是名词表示傲慢，common是形容词表示常见的。

原句应该变成the common arrogance才合理啊，为什么把名词放在前面，而形容词却放在后面？
