这样说合适吗？我在想会不会是那种语法上正确但是老外一般不这么表达的。

原句其实不错啊。

1. BRICS countries's voices：书上这个表达肯定不对，应为：BRICS countries' voices

2.Voices increase：非常蹩脚的搭配，而且不符合原意，“提高声音”应说：raise the voice。原意其实是“更多的声音被听到”。

我重新翻译如下：

More BRICS voices will be heard on the international stage.

（“国家”二字，可要可不要，直接用 BRICS 作定语。）

More voices from BRICS (countries) can be heard on the international stage.

【说明】“涌现”二字，不能照字面翻译。
