so…that…中的that可以省略吗

I am so busy I have no time to write a letter. 我忙得连写信的时间都没有。
这个句子属于so…that…句式吗？为什么没有that呢？是省略了？还是……？谢谢老师解答！

so...that在引导结果状语从句时，既可以省略so也可以省略that。如：

He had got criticized that he was depressed? 他挨了批，所以他很郁闷。

It was so cold I could hardly keep still. 天气太冷，我无法保持不动。

▲He lost the game, so he was frustrated. 他输了比赛，所以他很懊恼。（这里的so是并列连词）

在非正式语体中，so...that 结构中的 that 可以省略。例如： The connection's so bad I can hardly hear you . 通讯线路太糟糕，我几乎听不清你的声音。（《张道真高级英语词典》so ... that 词条）在 bad 后面省略了 that 。
