赞同刘老师的解答。补充一点。one of + 特指复数名词表示整体与部分之间的关系。整体必须是特指的。如果复数名词被最高级形容词修饰，特指来自于最高级。如果复数名词被原级形容词修饰，则特指只能来自语境，即句子上下文或常识使得听话人知道复数名词的所指是哪些。
