find sb do sth 和 find sb done sth 都是错误的用法。
非谓语动词作 find 的宾语补足语的用法有三个句型：
1. find sb./sth. doing sth.意思是：“发现某人/某物正在做某事”，其中的sb./sth.是宾语，doing 是现在分词，作宾语补足语，表“主动”，也含有“进行”含义。例如：I found her drinking my whisky. 我发现她在喝我的威士忌。（摘自《牛津英语用法指南》第三版第411.7节）
2. find sb./sth. to be ...，这里的 to be 也是宾语补足语，表示检验或调查的结果。例如：The doctors found her to be perfectly fit. 医生们发现她身体完全健康。（摘自《牛津英语用法指南》第三版第607.4节）The testers found this bicycle to be the best value for money.测试员发现买这辆自行车最划算。（同上）
3. find sb./sth. done 发现某人/某物（事）被 ...... (只能用及物动词的过去分词作宾语补足语，而且该过去分词不能接宾语)。例如：He found himself cheated. 他发现自己被骗了。After he entered his room , the man found his computer stolen .那男人进入他的房间后，发现他的电脑被偷了。

网友应注意提问的方式。首先不存在find sb do sth.这种形式。不带to的不定式作宾补只用于三个使役动词make,have,let之后，以及感官动词动词之后。
find后面如果用过去分词做宾补，过去分词表示被动意义，宾语就是动作的承受者，因此过去分词之后就不会再接宾语，因此不能将这个动词句型表述为find sb done sth. 而应为find sb/sth done.

▲ find 可以接复合宾语，但它不是see 类感官动词。在它跟的复合宾语中，宾补不能是do sth.，所以不能说：find sb. do sth.。
但可以说：
1. be found to do something （使用被动式，而且不定式是只表示状态的动词）
The liquid was found to contain 7.4g of phenylamine.
该液体被发现含有7.4g苯胺。
2. find somebody/something to be something （使用带to 的to be 结构）
I found the people to be charming and very friendly.
我发现这里的人很可爱，很友好。
