no 与 not 的用法与区别

我们可以说：

There aren't any rooms in the hotel.

There are no rooms in the hotel.

请问能不能说：

There is no room in the hotel.

因为no=not any, not a, not one.所以可以说There is no room/There are no rooms in the hotel.

语法是没问题了，但逻辑有问题。一个宾馆没有房间怎能成为宾馆？除非room为不可数名词表示空间、地方。即“宾馆已经住满了，没地方了/没空间再容纳其他人了。

所以这几个句子的room后都应加上后置定语available.
