subject和topic+of/for
subject和topic+of/for都很常见，请问老师，加这两个介词时的含义有区别吗？ 还有theme也表示主题的意思，后面能搭配of/for这两个介词吗？谢谢老师的解答。

1. subject, topic 和 theme 都可以表示“主题”的 意思。subject 和theme 后面可以接介词 of 或者 for，含义没有区别。例如：
a subject of conversation 话题
a subject of research 研究的题目
What is the subject for today's discussion? 今天的讨论题目是什么？
Love and death are the subject of the poem. 爱与死是那首诗的主题。

2. topic 后面的介词一般用 of ，例如：
