这句是语法书里看到的。我的理解是现在完成时当用的瞬间动词在有次数的重复标示时表示重复动作，且有延续性。

但题目答案不选b，是因为有from then on的存在，还是后面的a year 应改为this year？

如果要答案是b的话，句子哪里要改动？
