今天在 langman grammar of spoken and written english 一书的介绍中这样写
Every time that we write or speak, we are faced with a myriad of choices: not only choices in what we say but in how we say it.
Every time that we write or speak, we are faced with a myriad of choices: not only choices in what we say but in how we say it.
只有这样表述才合乎逻辑:choices = choices not only in...but in...,使用not only...,but also...
Every time that we write or speak, we are faced with a myriad of choices: not only choices in what we say but in how we say it.
1. Every time that we write or speak, we are faced with a myriad of choices: choices not only in what we say but in how we say it.
2. Every time that we write or speak, we are faced with a myriad of choices not only in what we say but in how we say it.
