Some glasses got broken when we were moving.

He got killed when he was crossing the road.

Our car gets cleaned about once every two months.

She got (herself) paid before she went on a holiday.

The chair got broken yesterday.

The chair was broken yesterday.

My brother got hit by a stone.

She got caught by the police.

He didn’t get beaten yesterday evening.

Did your letter get answered ?

I got (myself) invited to lots of parties last holidays.

I was invited to lots of parties last holidays.

He got taught a lesson.

I got rained on as I was coming to work.

We don’t want any of you to get lost.

He went out and got drunk.

类似这种用法的词组还有:get started(行动起来),get engaged(订婚),get divorced(离婚)等 。
He could not wash himself or get dressed.

She got washed after she got back home from work .

类似这种用法的词组还有:get undressed(脱下衣服),get changed(换衣服),get shaved(刮脸;刮胡子)等 。
She soon got tired of learning English.

You will soon get used to this kind of work.

She got pleased with her new room.

I got surprised at the news.

Get dressed!
Oh, get lost, will you! I want to study.

Get washed!

Don’t get caught in the rain!

The little girl got interested in music.

The little girl is interested in music.

The students are getting prepared for the sports meeting.

She’s getting worried about her exams.

They are going to get married on New Year’s Day.

He went out and got drunk yesterday evening.

They have got married for five years.

They have been married for five years.

或They got married five years ago.
He is getting more and more annoyed.

I’m getting all mixed up.

Edward and I have just got engaged.

They’ve just got married.
Soon the room became crowded.

He grew amazed when he heard the news.

The Canadian climbers became trapped on the mountain last Tuesday.

The news became known at 10 o’clock.
