I didn’t know you were here.

说明：“不知道”指说话前的情况，说话时已知道了，故“不知道”要用一般过去时，宾语从句根据时态呼应，也用一般过去时。类似地：

I didn’t know you could type. 我不知道你会打字。

I didn’t know you two knew each other. 我不知道你们俩认识。

Hey, I didn’t know that you won first prize! 嘿，我不知道你得了头奖！

I didn’t know you were a secret football fan. 我不知道你私下里还是个足球迷。

I didn’t know you and she were on such good terms. 我不知道你和她这么要好。

2. 你喜欢这里吗？—我有点喜欢了。

Do you like it here?—I’m liking it.

说明：like 通常不用于进行时态的。但有时为了强调变化或发展，非进行时态动词偶尔也用进行式。又如：

The water is tasting better today. 今天水的味道好些了。

As I get older, I’m remembering less and less.  随着年龄的增长，我的记忆力越差。

I’m liking it more and more as time goes by.  随着时间的流逝，我越来越喜欢它了。

These days, more and more people are preferring to take early retirement. 近来，越来越多的人喜欢提早退休。

当然以上各句也完全可以用一般时态。比如问题中的句子也可说成：

Do you like it here?—I kind of like it.
