a video of a session 和 a mountain of waves 不同。前者of 引导后置定语，of=about。后者的中心词是 waves，mountain 说明 wave 的。如 a cup of tea, a fool of a husband. 另外，你句子conduced 应改为conducted.

a mountain of a wave像山一样的巨浪，用mountain形容浪之高。
a video of a sesstion. 一个会谈的录像。
这二个结构仅仅是形式上相似。video并不是用来比喻session。
句中的conduced似应为conducted
