我写的这句话可以这样表达吗？

We cannot know ourselves objectively, just as we cannot lift up or see ourselves with our own arms and eyes.

这样放到一起可以吗？还是要拆开写：

Just as we cannot lift up ourselves with our own arms and see ourselves with our own eyes?

用第二种较好。and 应改为 or。

你写的第一句是可以的，just as表示高度相似（as表示相似，just起加强语气的作用）：

We cannot know ourselves objectively, just as we cannot lift up or see ourselves with our own arms or eyes. 我们无法客观地了解自己，就如我们无法用自己的手臂举起自己和用自己的眼睛看自己一样。

第二句不可以：

误：Just as we cannot lift up ourselves with our own arms and see ourselves with our own eyes?（一是没有主句，二是不符合疑问句的基本格式）
