It seems / happended that...句式分析(句尾的从句可以移到句首吗)

It seems that John's not coming after all.

It happened that John was the only witness.

以上两句中的 that 从句是什么从句? 可以移到句首吗？谢谢老师的解答。

第一句有两种解释。1 seem是系词，that从句是表语从句。it指“情况”（即说话人要说明的情况）。2 seem是不及物动词，it为形式主语，that从句是真正主语从句。

第二句的it是形式主语，happened是vi,that从句为真正主语从句。

以上两句都不可以将that从句移至句首。

that 引导的是主语从句。但这样从句永远放在句末，不可放在句首。
