hard to deal with作定语时的分析

红色部分应该是看作形容词做定语呢，还是应该看作不定式做定语呢？谢谢老师的回答。

疑惑： hard to deal with 动作性要比形容词性更强，所以我觉得是不定式起的形容作用要比hard 大一些。

以difficult为例，我作几个句型转换。

The book is difficult to read/translate/write.

不定式是表语形容词的方面状语，形容词短语作表语。主语与不定式为动宾关系。

It is difficult to read/translate/write the book

it为形式主语，不定式为真正主语。

To read/translate/write the book is difficult.

不定式作主语

It is a book （which is）difficult to read/translatewrite.

IT为人称代词。不定式修饰形容词，形容词短语作限制性定语。不定式与名词为动宾关系。

This is a book （which is）difficult to read/translatewrite.
