关于部分倒装句

某句正装语序如下：

Natural disasters will reduce ,only when we solve the problems of envirnmental pollution.

要求改为部分倒装，Only when提前，

我开始写的，Only when do we solve the problems of envirnmental pollution,natural disasters will reduce.

答案是这样，Only when we solve the problems of envirnmental pollution,will natural disasters reduce.

我的疑问是既然原正装语序中后半句的only when提前，为什么不对we solve the problems of envirnmental pollution进行倒装，反而保持原来后半句only when不变，对前半句Natural disasters will reduce进行倒装？

Natural disasters will reduce ,only when we solve the problems of envirnmental pollution.

你的理解有误。only+状语位于主语之前时，需要部分倒装。上句中只有一个状语，就是when引导的时间状语从句。when本身是个连词，不作成分，自然也不是状语，整个从句才是状语。既然从句指状语，那么需要倒装的只能是主句。Only when we solve the problems of environmental pollution,这才是only+状语（从句）位于句首，主句部分倒装，得到will natural disasters reduce.

另外，不倒装的句子不叫正装语序，而是叫正常语序。
