名词treasure单复数问题

It's about this boy who goes out to sea and finds an island full of treasures.

treasure这个单词据查字典看，作不可数名词是金银财宝，做可数名词是是珍品的意思。但是书本上这个句子，treasure在这个里面应该是理解为金银财宝，怎么会用treasures复数形式？

这要看这个故事中的男孩在岛上发现的是什么。如果是海盗藏的金银财宝，则应为单数，如果是很多天然的有价值的各种各样东西，则用复数是正确的。

物质名词通常不可数，但有时可以用复数，此时通常表示不同种类。

你的句子中的 treasures 就是指各种各样的金银财宝。

类似的用法如 wine：

Some wines do not travel well. 有些葡萄经不住长途运输。（指有些种类的酒）

We offer a wide choice of wines and beers. 我们有各种各样的葡萄酒和啤酒供选择。
