no length和will not go构成双重否定句。否定之否定等于强烈的肯定。字面的意思是：为了搞到毒品，路再遥远瘾君子也会去。根据意思引申就是“不顾一切”、“千方百计”、“绞尽脑汁”、“不择手段”地去搞毒品。具体结果就看翻译者的汉语水平如何了。翻译是一个再创作的过程，需要完全了解原文的意思和修辞特点，逻辑关系，然后根据汉语表达习惯，修辞特点表现出原文的意思和风格。不同的翻译家翻译的结果不可能完全相同，因为汉语水平不一样。但逻辑意思都是一样的。
