不存在虚拟语气。最后一句也是陈述语气。因为他有可能找不到工作,没钱就没法活,他很可能会自杀。这是真实条件句。不过是站在过去的立场假设过去将来的情形,又站在过去的立场推测过去的将来很可能会发生的结果。不是虚拟条件!!!
例如我讲一个10年前的一件事。有一天某人要是赶不上当天最后一班公交车,他就得步行回家。我的故事讲到白天的时候,公交车停开的时间对白天而言就是将来,不过是过去的将来。我故事是这样讲的:...If he couldn't catch the last bus, he'd have to walk home.你觉得这是虚拟语气吗?是不是和你问题中最后一句话的动词形式一样?
