一、先说go ahead 的意思。它主要有四层含义：

1. 词汇本义：“前进；前行；走在前面”。

2. 继续原来的事情，相当于go on。可根据语境译为：“继续做；继续说；继续吃；继续（前面做的任何事情）...”。

3. 相当于take place，意为：“（事件作主语）开始、进行、发生”。

4. 表示许可，同意对方做某事。相当于OK,  All right.

二、再说right 的含义。它是副词，用在某些词语的前面（如介词短语、其他副词等）表示“恰好；直接；干脆”，表示不拖泥带水，不拐弯抹角。例如：

1. Do it right now. （right now：就是现在；立刻马上。比单独now要强调。）

2. Your book is right on the table. （right on the table：就在桌子上，不在其他地方。比单独on the table要强调）。

3. Go right ahead.（干脆继续说，别停下。比单独Go ahead. 要强调。）

(2)go right ahead (with)主要right体现出来在语气上要稍微强一些
