基本同意Webster 老师的看法。不过对with 复合结构的分析，我的看法略有不同：

第一点：

这个with复合结构，看作“原因或条件状语”更好一些。说明practising 带来lots of fun 的原因，也就是把这种环境看作是“训练带来乐趣”的一个原因或条件。

第二点：

同意Webster老师的第一个思路，第二个思路不合适。这是两个并列的with复合结构，everybody laughing and shouting 前面的with，属于承前省略。补充完整为：with the trees around us all red and yellow and with everybody laughing and shouting。不过，all 不是us的同位语，而应该是trees 的同位语，或者看作副词用法，修饰red and yellow（全都是红色和黄色）。为了证明all不是us的同位语，变换语序后意思不变：with the trees all red and yellow around us。这样，all的作用就很明显了。
