not that anyone seems to use them这个句子对吗

In front of the chairs are deep sinks with a showerhead and long metal tube attached to the copper taps with screws, not that anyone seems to use them.

请问:not that anyone seems to use them.

(used to state something said before is not important and you are not suggesting something.) I am not suggesting that + 从句变化而来的惯用语。

She hasn't written—not that she said she would.

I saw him with some other woman, not that I care.

She hasn't written to me yet not that she ever said she would.

(2)有时候可以和not that... but that...

Not that I dislike her, but (that) I have no time.

Not that it matters, but (that) how you spent the money I gave you.

The value of marriage is not that adults produce children but that children  produce adults.

The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long tobegin it.
