注意，这类从句的时态只与主句与从句的先后有关系，而与主句的时态没有关系。比如下面两句，由于从句内容指的是现在的情况或说话当时的情况，即主从句动作是“同时”的，故不管主句是用talks还是talked，从句谓语一律用过去式knew：

He talks as though he knew where she was. 他说话的神气就好像他知道她的下落似的。

He talked as though he knew where she was. 他说话的神气就好像他知道她的下落似的。

如果从句所表示的动作先于主句动作，则用过去完成时（从句时态仍不受主句时态的影响）。如：

He talks [talked] about Rome as though he had been there himself. 他谈论起罗马来就好像他去过那里似的。

He looks [looked] as though he hadn’t had a decent meal for a month. 他看起来好像已有一个月没有吃过一顿像样的饭了。
