定语从句关系代词的用法区别(that与who的区别)

1.当指人的先行词是one, ones, anyone,或those等词时，关系代词通常只用who。如：

Anyone who did that is to blame.

Those who are to break the law will be punished.

2.当指人的先行词是all, nobody, no one, somebody, someone, anybody等词时，关系代词既可以用who，也可以用that。如：

All who/that heard the news were excited.
