两个结构在用法上和意思上均没什么特别的区别。但有一点需注意：

1. would rather后接动词（一般式或完成式）时：它表示其逻辑主语就是句子主语。比如：

We went by sea, but I’d rather have gone by air. 我们是坐船去的，但我本来是想坐飞机去的。
