第一种说法是对的。由于副词 well 是修饰动词的，所以应紧靠动词，放在动词的过去分词之前。又如：

His family will be well provided for if he dies. 他死后, 他的家人将衣食无忧。

It’s good to know that the dogs will be well cared for while we’re away. 得知我们外出期间那些狗会得到妥善照顾真是太好了。

下面的句子也属类似情况，副词well应放在过去分词之前：

I am glad to see that you are being well cared for. 看到你得到很好的照料，我非常高兴。

I work hard and I think I deserve to be well paid. 我努力工作，我想我应该得到很好的报酬。
