答案选 B，这容易看出来。但问题是：题中的 came 用得对吗？不是说It’s the second time 之后的句子要用现在完成时吗？

英国著名的语言学家 Michael Swan在《英语用法指南》第二版中指出：“当句子里有this/it/that is the first/second/third/only/best/worst等结构时，要用现在完成时。This is the first time that I've heard her sing. 这是我头一次听她唱歌。（不能说：This is the first time that I hear her sing.）......”

所以，你提供的那道2016年厦门的中考真题中的came 应该改为have come。
