表示在某一天的几点钟用不用介词

比如要翻译这样的短语，要不要在几月几日前加介词：

1月5日上午8时16分

3月12日下午3时30分

5月8日下午5时45分

9月10日晚上11时30分

比如上面第一句，可不可以这样翻译：

at 8:16 am on February 5——中间要不要介词on？

我的感觉是要用介词，即：

at 8:16 am on February 5 = 1月5日上午8时16分

at 3:30 am on March 12 = 3月12日下午3时30分

at 5:45 am on May 8 = 5月8日下午5时45分

at 11:30 am on September 10= 9月10日晚上11时30分

我在词典上查到这样一个例句，可以作为参考：

If you don’t want to miss the boat, the auction is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on June 26. 如果你不想坐失良机，拍卖会定在6月26日下午2:30。

备注：请注意下面3种表达：

(1)at two o'clock in the afternoon =在下午2点

(2)at 2 p.m. on Wednesday 在星期三下午2点

(post meridiem 下午=p.m.)
