In the last ten years,when many different kinds of music have established themselves on the pop scene,more and more stars have come from other countries.

in..和when..都是时间状语。在这个句子（短语）中，二者是并列的时间状语从句（短语）吗？还是这两个句子互相修饰呢？该如何理解？

In the last ten years 短语做时间状语，when 引导的句子是定语从句，修饰前面的短语，more and more stars... 是主句。全句的大致意思是：在最近的十年里，许多不同种类的音乐在流行乐坛已经崭露头角，越来越多的明星出自其他国家。
