这些 as 引导的是比较状语从句还是定语从句：

1. He has as many books on information technology as I have. 他拥有的信息技术书和我拥有的同样多。（这是比较状语从句还是定语从句）

【答】定语从句表示比较意义。as是关系代词作have的宾语。

2. I gave him as much as he could eat. 他能吃多少，我就给了他多少。

【答】定语从句表示比较意义。as是关系代词作eat的宾语。

3. He has earned as much money as I have. 他赚的钱和我赚的一样多。

【答】定语从句表示比较意义。as是关系代词作have earned的宾语。

4. She felt just the same as he did. 她和他的感受相同。

【答】定语从句表示比较意义。as是关系代词作did=felt的宾语。

5. Leave the things as they are. 这些东西不要动它。

【答】as they are 是方式状语，或者是leave的宾语补足语。

as many...as，as much...as 既可以引导定语从句也可以引导比较状语从句，这如何区分？下面是两个引导比较状语的例子：

6. Small as it is, the ant is as much a creature as are all other animals on the earth. 尽管蚂蚁很小，但是它同地球上的任何其他动物一样，也是一种动物。

【答】Small as it is 是让步状语从句。= Though it is snall；此外，as much...as...：表示两种事物同样的情况。

7. It was not so much the many blows he received as the lack of fighting spirit that led to his losing the game. 与其说是他受到了许多打击，还不如说是缺乏斗志使他输掉了比赛。

【答】重译：导致他输掉比赛的，与其说是他受到的许多打击，不如说是他缺乏斗志。

这是一个强调句，去掉It was...that...，还原后：

Not so much the many blows he received as the lack of fighting spirit led to his losing the game. 

not so much A as B：不是A而是B；与其是A，不如说B。
