个人认为，这两句都可以用。

将介词置于句末的情况比较普遍。如：

He has a good ear for accents and can usually tell where a speaker comes from. 他对口音有灵敏的辨别力，通常能听出讲话人来自哪儿。

I will tell you what number I’m ringing from.  我将告诉你我用哪个号码给你打电话。

把介词前移的用法相对比较正式。如：

I don’t know by what train he will go.  我不知道他将坐什么火车去。（摘自《薄冰高级英语语法》）

He asked me with whom I had discussed it. 他问我同谁讨论了它。（摘自《牛津高阶英汉双解词》）
